Small anchovies are first dry-fried to remove the fishy smell, then they are coated in a savoury, piquant glaze made with gochujang (chilli bean paste), chilli powder and fruit syrup.
Our anchovies are made fresh daily using the freshest ingredients that we purchase directly from the market every morning.
Expiry date: To maintain its freshness, it is recommended to consume the anchovies within 2 weeks (from date of delivery). Keep in fridge.
