Certain F&B merchants provide island-wide (except restricted areas) delivery at a fee ranges from $5 to $20 per merchant.
Kindly allow 3-5 working days* for delivery of non-perishable products. As for services such as lessons, spa or massage etc.; the merchant will contact you to make the arrangement.
The delivery cost (if any) will be reflected in the check-out page upon check-out. Your order number will be sent to you immediately upon your purchase and payment make. The courier will deliver the parcel/product within the next 3-5 business days* after it has been processed for delivery. Please note delivery window may be extended during peak and festive seasons i.e. Christmas and Chinese New Year.
There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout so the courier can reach you under any unforeseen circumstances.
You can also do self-collection. Please remember to opt for self-collect during check-out. For restaurants/eateries with multiple outlets, do put in the outlet you intend to collect from in the note column during check-out.
